I am an accredited member of the BACP and a member of the British Association of Psychotherapists.  I practise as a therapist in Reading, Berkshire and in Wimborne, Dorset.

In my practice, I offer psychodynamic counselling and psychotherapy to individuals who are seeking help for a range of difficulties.  These can involve specific problems or general unhappiness with family, work and relationships, or the sense that someone has about life’s purpose.

Therapy can be very supportive to those who are experiencing emotional difficulties connected with work-related stress, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, addictive behaviour, mood swings and anger, loss of confidence or self-esteem, lack direction, bereavement and loss.
